Client Background
Success Accounting Group is a Sydney-based accounting firm serving clients across a range of financial and advisory services. Like many professional services firms, their content needs, articles, service updates, team info, change often, but their previous setup made every update a developer task.
The Challenge
The firm had no way to update its own site content without going through a developer, which slowed down everything from blog publishing to service page tweaks and left the site perpetually out of date.
Our Approach
We built the site on Next.js with Payload CMS running fully headless, styled entirely with Tailwind CSS. Payload's content models were structured specifically around the firm's needs, pages, blog articles, and service listings, so the internal team could manage all of it independently going forward.
